She is a qualified teacher of this given subject and has earned her certifications from various renowned Institutes across India and World. She knows and has been teaching almost all forms of yoga methods ranging from Traditional Yoga, Power Yoga, Hormonal Yoga and more.
Her penchant to studies has no limits and bounds which can be found through her constant inclination to keep on learning more and more and more. Keshavi Mehta has also studied Sanskrit – the oldest amongst all human languages, Astrology, The Raja Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, Study of the Bhagavad Gita, Vedanta Philosophy, Anatomy and Physiology.
Besides her studies or to be said profound learning aspects she is equally a creative person and has learned Fabric Painting, Calligraphy, and Bharat Natyam getting her certification from the famous Nalanda Centre in Mumbai. She also loves to play music when she can drive a free time for herself and can play instruments like Electronic Organ, Djembe, Hapi Drum, Casio, Karaoke and more.
